This site concerned the removal of a condition that restricted the occupation of the cottage to holiday accommodation only. The applicant had attempted to explore alternative uses, and had been unsuccessful in selling the cottage for some considerable time. We managed to gain permission for the change of use of the cottage to a permanent dwelling through the process of formal application to the council.
