Commercial Dog Walking Paddocks, Roche

We’re delighted to confirm that planning permission has been granted for two commercial dog walking paddocks at Higher Bryn Farm, Roche.

This scheme provides a safe, secure and dedicated space for dog owners and holidaymakers, offering an increasingly in-demand facility within the local area. The paddocks will be available to book online in 30-minute slots, giving users flexibility, peace of mind and a controlled environment for exercise and rest.

The site is well located on suitable farmland with no flood risk or heritage constraints, and the proposals represent a positive example of rural diversification. By making good use of existing land, this project supports the viability of the farm while meeting a clear and growing need for pet-friendly spaces in Cornwall.

We’re pleased to have supported our client in delivering a practical, low-impact development that benefits the local community and strengthens rural enterprise.

If you’re considering a similar diversification project, our team would be happy to advise on the most effective planning route.
