Permission Granted for the replacement of a garage with a holiday let.

In 2017 permission was granted for a one bedroom holiday let.  Set on the outskirts of the popular historic market town of Lostwithiel, ‘Little Breoke’ is now a popular holiday destination and has been booked up since it opened via Cornish Cottage Holidays and Air BNB.  This former garage makes full use of its location and was carefully designed to have minimal impact upon neighbours, yet providing a relaxing getaway for visitors.  A great second income for the owner.
