Lowenna House

We have achieved planning permission for the conversion of Lowenna House – a Grade II Listed building in the centre of the Conservation Area in Lostwithiel – to 5 apartments and 3 mews cottages, and the erection of 3 houses within the grounds (requiring the demolition of a modern extension). We have been working with the applicants Olivevale Ltd since 2013, and following an initial refusal in 2013 worked closely with Eric Berry, a Historic Building Consultant, the Conservation Officer at Cornwall Council, and the Environment Agency to overcome the initial reasons for refusal. We look forward to seeing this exceptional building being bought back into use.
