Proposed mixed use development. Transport Assessment and an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) was required and we provided the highway expertise to demonstrate the impact on the highway network and complete the relevant EIA chapter working alongside the design team to enable this regeneration project to be submitted and validated. Still under consideration.
