Celebrating 20 Years of Situ8 Planning Consultancy

This year marks a very special milestone for all of us at Situ8 as we celebrate 20 years in business.

Since being co-founded in 2006 by Managing Director Angela Warwick, Situ8 has grown into a trusted, award-winning planning consultancy, supporting projects across Cornwall and beyond with honest, practical advice and a people-first approach.

Over the past two decades, we’ve had the privilege of working on an incredibly diverse range of projects from helping individuals navigate planning on their own homes, through to large-scale and sensitive developments including healthcare projects for the NHS, alongside residential, commercial and heritage schemes across the country.

While we’re hugely proud of the recognition and awards received along the way, for us it has always been about more than just the end result. It’s about building relationships, understanding every site and its challenges, and finding the right way forward for our clients and communities.

To celebrate 20 years, we’ll be marking the occasion in true Cornish style with a presence at this year’s Royal Cornwall Show on Stand 362, as well as hosting a special anniversary celebration at our Lostwithiel office on Friday 29th May from 3pm – 6pm.

Reflecting on the milestone, Angela Warwick said:

Situ8 has always been about people, and I feel very lucky to have such a fantastic team around me.”

As we look ahead, our focus remains the same providing clear, straightforward planning advice and helping shape thoughtful, well-considered development across Cornwall and beyond.
