Angela has over 12 years experience of development control planning in the public and voluntary sector. She works as an integral part of the design team and manages the project up to planning approval. She has a detailed knowledge of planning policy matters, development control, regeneration and design and their application in the context of sustainable development. She is also an EcoHomes/Code assessor.

Her experience includes working for Restormel Borough Council as a Senior Planning Officer. Prior to this she worked in a London based planning authority and Planning Aid.

Lisa has six years Development Control experience working within Restormel Borough Council as a Planning Officer and formerly the Environment Agency, working within the Planning Liaison Team. She has detailed knowledge of planning policy, rural and coastal planning and development control issues relating to sustainable development, and is able to advise on schemes of all sizes.

Sian is a sustainable development specialist with 7 years experience of working on residential and commercial schemes. Her technical strengths are Sustainability Appraisals, EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes assessments. She has been an EcoHomes assessor for 5 years, and also holds a BREEAM Offices registration.

Working as a member of the design team she is able to bring specialist sustainability advice and knowledge to projects from early design stages.

Her experience includes working for BRE on the EcoHomes schemes and with Buro Happold in London in their Engineering Sustainability team.
