Angela has over 12 years experience of development control planning in the public and voluntary sector. She works as an integral part of the design team and manages the project up to planning approval. She has a detailed knowledge of planning policy matters, appeals, the development control process, regeneration and design and their application in the context of sustainable development.
Her experience includes working for former Restormel Borough Council as a Senior Planning Officer. Prior to this she worked for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and Planning Aid for London.

Lisa has gained wide ranging experience in Development Control matters over the last nine years, having worked for the Environment Agency, Restormel Borough Council, and Caradon District Council. She has detailed knowledge of all issues relating to sustainable development, and is available to provide advice on planning policy, and urban, rural and coastal planning. Moving from New Zealand in 1998, she lived in London for two years and has been living in Cornwall since 2000.

Maggie has 15 years experience as a medical receptionist at a busy NHS doctors practice. She now deals with the day to day running of the company.
Sian Cornish MA(Hons), Mres

Sian is a sustainable development specialist with 8 years experience of working on residential and commercial schemes. Her technical strengths are Sustainability Appraisals, EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes assessments. She has been an EcoHomes assessor for 5 years, and also holds a BREEAM Offices registration.
Working as a member of the design team she is able to bring specialist sustainability advice and knowledge to projects from early design stages.
Her experience includes working for BRE on the EcoHomes schemes and with Buro Happold in London in their Engineering Sustainability team.
Ivan Tomlin BA(Hons)

Ivan has approximately 10 years experience of working in the field of Town & Country Planning within different local planning authorities. He has specialised experience within the area of Planning Enforcement through being employed as an Enforcement Team Leader and has an excellent understanding of the planning and development process due to his most recent employment as Assistant Head of Service within Development Control.
Ivan has completed a Certificate of Professional Development in Town & Country Planning at the University West of England Bristol and more recently has completed a Masters level postgraduate qualification in Planning Practice & Research and City & Regional Planning at Cardiff University, of which he is expected to graduate mid 2010.
Since joining Situ8 in June 2009, Ivan has brought clients positive results and has formed a key player in the Situ8 team.
