Situ8 planning consultancy have recently expanded and moved offices to Fowey, Cornwall. We are located in a very beautiful recently renovated listed building and we were responsible for gaining planning and listed building approval for the conversion.

We are committed to promoting and fostering the growth of sustainable building practices, with an emphasis on high quality design and minimising the environmental impact of the development.

Our team have a range of experience in the public, private and voluntary sectors and therefore have a balanced approach to planning. We offer a service which is creative and innovative, with the ultimate aim of encouraging the development of healthy buildings. We invite our clients to be active members of the design team, and our consultants are skilled in ensuring that all parties have a clear understanding of the planning process.

Our planners have full professional qualifications and our Chartered Town Planner has experience as a planning inspector working for the Government's Planning Inspectorate determining appeals.

We have a 98% approval rate for planning and appeal submissions. We pride ourselves on our negotiation skills and have made very positive links with the local parish and town councils and Council officers alike. We have a unique partnership approach to working with local councils on major developments with a 100% success rate.
